Product Introduction
Plasma spraying is currently the most widely used and flexible thermal spraying process. It can deposit various functional coatings on substrates such as metals, ceramics, and polymers. Coatings produced by plasma spraying technology feature excellent bond strength, good performance, long service life, high reliability, and minimal substrate deformation.
Our company provides copper-embedded tungsten electrodes for plasma spraying (also known as cathodes and anodes). The plasma spray nozzles we produce use high-quality tungsten electrodes with excellent arc-starting performance and longevity. Employing seamless bonding technology between tungsten and copper ensures stable operation of your processes. Our comprehensive and mature product series are widely compatible with spray guns from companies like Metco, GTV, FST, and Praxair, including models such as F4, 9M, and SG-100.
Un铼 New Materials uses high-performance tungsten electrodes to ensure excellent arc-starting performance and resistance to erosion, while offering multiple rare-earth doped tungsten electrode options for selection!
Achieving seamless bonding between tungsten and copper, compared to traditional brazing, results in higher bond strength between the materials, more uniform contact area, resistance, and heat dissipation, significantly improving product performance. Therefore, our thermal spray electrodes have excellent service life.
A variety of cathode and anode products are available with a rich product lineup.
